Hazelden Connection – the Tools and the Team to Support Lifelong Recovery
Hazelden Connection – The tools and the team to support lifelong recovery – This video provides an overview of what the Hazelden Connection program is and how it works for people in early recovery, their families and loved ones and other concerned parties. Hazelden staff explain how the program works for people early in recovery. The program includes an intense level of support, structure, accountability, verification, drug screening and family support. Hazelden Connection supports the continuing care plan provided to participants prior to leaving treatment. This program benefits people who need a higher level of structure after treatment. Perhaps they have legal issues, child custody issues, professional licensing issues, family business concerns or high profile careers. This program provides direction and coaching for the participant and for the family. Learn about Hazelden Connection at Hazelden.org/hazeldenconnection.
