No matter the dosage, Adderall is a stimulant, related to the amphetamines. Those effects are to be expected with it. The question is, do you crave or look forward to taking it? Do you take or consider taking more than prescribed? Those are signs of abuse and/or addiction.
You can mention it to your doctor, s/he may put you on something milder. If the thought of your doctor taking Adderall away from you makes you upset, that would be another sign of abuse.
I really didn’t mean to be such a buzz-kill, but you asked the question. I was prescribed Dexedrine for several years and it is considerably stronger. I abused them, and ended up getting a different doctor. I developed a love/hate relationship with Dexedrine, but ultimately I’m kind of glad I don’t have them around any more. But that’s just me.
Best of luck

10mg? No.
If you find yourself taking 3 or 4 days doses in a night, or you change the ROA (route of administration e.g. sniffing them instead of eating them) then you should worry about abusing them. Even if you feel great when you take it, if you’re following the treatment plan laid out by your doc, you’re not abusing them.
Don’t stress about addiction or things like that. A lot of people take adderall and mph and dex, a small percentage abuse their pills and develop tolerances and addictions. You don’t want to have to take another pill, like a Klonopin, just to deal with the stress you get from worrying about taking your first medication.
