I need to know how I’m going to find drug rehabs there because a friend of mine is asking for my help. He has just recently admitted to himself that his drug intake is indeed a problem. He started out just trying it but then he quickly got addicted to the drug. I really want to help.

Or you can tell your friend to go to a doctor to get himself checked up properly. The doctor will then get to suggest treatment programs and rehabs for him. Good luck!
