my teeth aren’t terribly yellow but i drink iced tea daily so they have a yellow tint to them.. is crest white strips the best thing i can get from a drug store? or is there a better alternative in that same price range?

I’ve used Crest White Strips in the past, but not for a lengthy period of time. I did not notice any difference as a result. My reason for discontinuing was because I felt discomfort near the gum line. Hope you have better luck!

The best thing to do is to speak with a dental hygienist before making any decisions on what method to use for whitening your teeth. The reason is many products out there can actually damage the enamel (the protective coating on your teeth) which can lead to other tooth problems later. Just brushing regularly (3 times a day) with a tooth whitening paste can help with light stains such as you’re describing. Stick too it and not only will you have good results, you’ll have great oral hygiene.
